Rental rates for the apartment in Polaris World Resorts, Murcia - Costa Calida, Spain

The rental rate is £330 per week, shorter stays are available at £50 per night during the week and £60 per night at the weekend, there is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

* (reservation/security) a deposit of £150 is required at time of booking to cover cancellations, breakages or damage to the property, fixtures & fittings. Please note, the booking shall not be confirmed until we have received the reservation payment in cleared funds. Subject to the above, your deposit will be released 7 working days, following a satisfactory inspection by the keyholder upon your departure.
* (balance payment) Full payment for your accommodation is required 6 weeks before departure, for bookings (under 6 weeks notice) full payment is required at the time of the booking, together with the reservation/ security deposit. cheque/ bank transfer.
* (arrivals/departures): The apartment is available from 3pm. on the day of arrival. Properties should be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. (extra facilities available on request) airport meeting and greeting, car hire, cots and high chairs, welcome packs, birthday or anniversery requests (flowers, cakes,etc). (all of these extra facilities are subject to seperate charges and payment would be made to our local representative at the resort. (prices available on request)

* The kitchen has grill, dish washer, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer
* Toilet, Bath with Shower, Bidet, Fully tiled bathroom, radiator heating, lights over vanity mirror, hairdryer and shaver point
* 2 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 4 people, each bedroom has 2 single beds.
bedroom 1 has large fitted wardrobes with hangers, linen basket and long mirror, bedside table with reading light double french doors leading onto balcony, air conditioned, radiator heating (single beds can be zipped together if required)
bedroom 2 has large fitted wardrobes with hangers, bedside table with reading light, juliet balcony overlooking communal gardens, air conditioned, radiator heating, (beds can be zipped together if required).
